The EEOC requires federal contractors to submit an annual EEO-1 report for all covered establishments. The EEO-1 report summarizes employee counts by race/ethnicity, sex, and EEO-1 job category.
VETS requires federal contractors to provide counts of all full-and part-time employees who are employed on the end date of the selected payroll period. It denotes the total number of protected veterans and the number of newly-hired protected veterans at each establishment.
