IMPLEMENTING OFCCP’S SYSTEMIC COMPENSATION DISCRIMINATION STANDARDS AND VOLUNTARY SELF-EVALUATION GUIDELINES
David Cohen, President of DCI Consulting Group, Inc., will make a presentation on the OFCCP’s new systemic compensation discrimination standards and voluntary self-evaluation guidelines at the 24th Annual Industry Liaison Group National Conference on Wednesday, August 9, 2006 from 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Arizona.
DCI invites federal contractors, both conference attendees and non-attendees, to complete a short, confidential “mini-survey” regarding their implementation of the standards and guidelines. DCI will present summary results from the mini-survey at the NILG conference and in subsequent DCI client alerts. Individual company responses will be kept strictly confidential. DCI will also send the mini-survey summary results, along with a copy of its NILG presentation, to survey participants who do not attend the conference.

This is an excellent opportunity to benchmark with other contractors on pay equity analyses and learn how they will respond to OFCCP’s new standards and guidelines. It also permits you to provide anonymous feedback to the OFCCP on important issues related to the new standards and guidelines that you want them to address and clarify.
