OFCCP Compensation Guidelines Believed Close to Release

(UPDATE - June 16, 2006: FINAL COMPENSATION GUIDELINES HAVE BEEN RELEASED - CLICK HERE FOR DETAILS)

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) recently completed its review of OFCCPÂ’s standards for evaluating systemic compensation discrimination and the guidelines for federal contractors to self-evaluate their compensation systems. Now that OMB has completed its review, which began on February 10, 2006, DCI believes OFCCP may be close to publicly releasing this long-awaited guidance.

DCI will issue a special CLIENT ALERT as soon as the final standards and guidelines are released. You will also be able to register for a complimentary DCI client teleconference briefing on the implications of the new standards and guidelines and how your company can minimize its liability for systemic compensation discrimination.

In the meantime, please contact us if you have any questions or require additional information on this development, or post your question or thought (anonymously if you prefer) in the comment section below.
