Hot off the Press! OFCCP policy and enforcement update

This half-day seminar will change over time to capture policy and enforcement changes, with particular emphasis on Washington D.C. Insider news. The seminar is catered to federal contractors who are required to comply with Executive order 11246 and related laws, and lawyers who advise on OFCCP matters. The agenda currently focuses on recent OFCCP staffing, budgetary considerations, and enforcement, with particular emphasis on systemic discrimination settlements and case law. Substantial time will also be devoted to proposed rules related to new EEO and AA requirements for veterans (4212) and persons with disabilities (Section 503). These regulations could have a drastic effect on federal contractor compliance, and will likely require utilization analysis and other quantitative metrics. This seminar also covers recent proposed changes to the OFCCP scheduling letter and to OFCCP enforcement of compensation discrimination.
