Public Training Agenda for 2012
DCI Consulting Group is excited to release our 2012 Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) Training program. This program is catered toward HR practitioners, compliance analysts, and lawyers in both internal and external counsel roles. We will be offering 6 seminars in the first half of 2012, and will be adding additional training (e.g., Section 503, 4212, compensation standards, etc.) as regulatory change continues in Washington D.C. Our initial seminar set includes:
The goal of DCI’s training is for participants to leave each seminar with a clear understanding of relevant (1) law and regulations, (2) Washington D.C. insider context, (3) HR data used in EEO analyses, (4) statistical methods and (5) practical recommendations for implementation.
All DCI training seminars are held in Washington D.C. at DCI’s new Training Center. The Training Center is part of a historic building located at 1920 I St NW, which is only 4 blocks from the White House, 2 blocks from the Farragut West metro stop (Orange and Blue lines) and 4 blocks from Farragut North metro stop (Red line). In addition there is garage parking available for a fee, and a wide variety of reputable hotels in the area. Training participants are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements. Due to the fact that the Training Center is in a historical building, please let us know if you need accommodations of any kind. Please contact Jerilyn Whitmer at jwhitmer@dciconsult.com or at 202-280-2178 if you have any questions, requests or other needs.
