THE CENTER FOR CORPORATE EQUALITY ANNOUNCES A SPECIAL NEW SEMINAR ON EMPLOYMENT TESTING: PREPARING FOR OFCCP AND EEOC ENFORCEMENT

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) have targeted employment tests used by companies for recruitment and staffing purposes as a source of potential systemic discrimination.

The Center for Corporate Equality, a national non-profit employer association based in Washington D.C., is conducting a special in-depth employment testing seminar on March 19-20, 2008 to help corporate employers prepare for these complex and highly technical enforcement initiatives.

This seminar will be conducted by expert industrial psychologists on staff with The Center for Corporate Equality and will focus on:

Module 1: An Introduction to Employment Testing
Module 2: Validating Employment Tests
Module 3: The Enforcement Landscape of Testing
Module 4: Developing Your Employment Testing System

A special feature of this in-depth seminar will be a discussion of the preliminary results of an “Employment Testing Best Practices” survey conducted by The Center of Corporate Equality with responses from leading industrial psychologist experts in the field of employment testing.

This employment testing seminar is a result of a corporate member task force launched in 2007 by The Center for Corporate Equality to address what resources corporate practitioners needed to respond to these highly complex and technical workplace employment testing and selection issues. We thank these corporate members for their participation on this important task force.

This highly interactive and practical seminar is open to corporate members and non-members of The Center for Corporate Equality.
