Alexander Hsu, M.A., is an HR Analyst who joined DCI in April of 2018. At DCI, Alex assists with the development of affirmative action plans, equal employment opportunity reporting, adverse impact analytics, compensation analytics, and OFCCP compliance.
Alex has worked in and with a wide variety of organizations, including a Fortune 500 company, start-ups, and federal agencies. He has practical experience collecting data through qualitative and quantitative methods, conducting statistical analyses, identifying organizational development opportunities, and creating human capital management strategies.
Alex earned his Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from Connecticut College.
