Cliff Haimann is a Senior Consultant at DCI Consulting Group. His primary work focuses on employee selection and validation, and his areas of expertise include test development and validation, job analysis, and competency modeling.
Cliff received his M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from George Mason University, and he earned a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University in Economics and Psychology. Prior to joining DCI, Cliff worked as a Testing Specialist for the City of Chicago, where he developed and validated employee selection tests for jobs in numerous departments. During graduate school, he also consulted for the federal government and acquired experience in training, job analysis, and validation. Last, Cliff has published articles about the Americans with Disabilities Act and selection and validation in peer reviewed periodicals.
