Jeff Henderson is a Consultant at DCI, where he provides strategic client support in the areas of affirmative action planning, OFCCP audits, pay equity, HR risk management, and diversity and inclusion. While at DCI, Jeff has developed and delivered a number of client-facing training materials pertaining to applicant tracking, 503-VEVRAA compliance, and pay equity, as well as supported internal training of DCI’s AAP and salary analysis software. Prior to joining DCI, Jeff worked for TEKsystems, where his main focus was HRIS data integrity and reporting.
Jeff earned a Master’s of Professional Studies (M.P.S) in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, cum laude and with distinction, from James Madison University. He also holds a senior certification in human resources (SHRM-SCP) through the Society for Human Resource Management.
