Kaila Jacoby, M.A., is an I/O Psychologist and a Senior Consultant at DCI Consulting Group in the Personnel Selection and Litigation Support (PSLS) Division. She has over seven years of experience focusing primarily on the areas of job analysis, test development, occupational licensing, and workforce surveys. In her role at DCI, she provides consulting along a wide variety of employee selection and equal employment opportunity/affirmative action (EEO/AA) topics.
Kaila joined DCI from the American Institutes for Research, where she focused on supporting the workforce initiatives of professional organizations by conducting industry research and developing workforce assessments. Examples of her varied work included two national, multi-method job analyses to gather and document content validity evidence for a healthcare licensure exam, and the development, operation, and maintenance of an ongoing assessment program for HR industry professionals.
Kaila earned her master’s degree in I/O Psychology from George Mason University. She is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychologists (SIOP) and is an active board member for the Personnel Testing Council of Metropolitan Washington (PTCMW).
