Yevonessa Hall is an Operations Deputy, who joined the DCI Consulting team in April 2012. Yevonessa consults with clients on EEO/AA compliance regulations and practices, develops affirmative action plans, provides AAP audit support, and conducts AAP implementation and HR risk management training. Additionally, she assists with job analyses and the evaluation of selection procedures for a diverse federal contractor community.
Prior to joining DCI, Yevonessa worked on the talent acquisition team for a large Fortune 50 insurance company. Her focus included college and diversity (full-cycle) recruitment, workforce planning, project management, and training. She often led cross-functional teams that successfully met recruiting goals, designed and implemented measurable recruiting programs and presented at various networking and recruiting events.
Yevonessa earned her M.P.S in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and her B.A. in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
