Yevonessa Hall is currently the Compliance Operations Deputy at DCI Consulting Group and serves as a liaison between the compliance division and operations teams. Previously, she was an EEO Compliance Manager/Sr. Consultant, where she provided consultation to clients on EEO/AA compliance regulations and practices, develop/implementation of affirmative action plans, audit strategy, and HR risk management training. Additionally, she assists with job analyses and the evaluation of selection procedures for a diverse federal contractor community.
Prior to joining DCI, Yevonessa worked on the talent acquisition team for a large Fortune 50 insurance company. Her focus included college and diversity (full-cycle) recruitment, workforce planning, project management, and training. She often led cross-functional teams that successfully met recruiting goals, designed and implemented measurable recruiting programs and presented at various networking and recruiting events.
Yevonessa earned her M.P.S in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and her B.A. in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
