Our Process

Diversity Assessment

Our initial stage is designed to allow DCI to gain a deeper understanding of your organization's diversity. The review consists of an estimation of consulting hours and work at an hourly rate. We will evaluate potential risk areas and develop recommendations for additional research that address or assist in mitigating identified risk areas. The deliverable will be an appropriate recommendation, timeline, and strategic framework for the options that we recommend.
