For example, the UK’s Equality Act 2010 Regulations (Gender Pay Gap Information) for private and voluntary-sector employers came into effect in 2017. This new rule requires all private and voluntary-sector employers with 250 or more employees in the UK to publish prescribed information about their gender pay gap results. Organizations will be required to publish the results of this report to their website with a signed statement by a company official.
