Workforce Equity & Compliance Strategy Team
Bobbie Burton joined DCI Consulting in October of 2022 as an HR Intern with the Workforce Equity team. She works within the larger Workforce Equity and Compliance Strategy team at DCI. Bobbie supports the Workforce Equity team with her theoretical and applied background in data analysis, diversity science, organizational development, and industrial/organizational psychology. Specifically, she supports the team’s internal ESG research and external client projects.
Bobbie graduated summa cum laude from Ball State University with her Bachelor of Science in Psychological Science in May of 2021. Currently, she is completing her Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). She will graduate with her master’s degree from Purdue University in May of 2023. Bobbie is passionate about employee experience and creating equitable and inclusive environments that all employees can thrive in. She looks forward to leveraging her research and data analytic skills to support data-driven organizational development and workforce equity with the Workforce Equity team at DCI.
