Human Resource Intern
Deborah Fashole-Luke is a Human Resource Intern on the Compliance and Workforce Analytics (CWA) team at DCI Consulting. In her role on the CWA team, Deborah supports in the preparation and filling of compliance reports, in data preparation for analyses, and in the preparation of Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs). Prior to joining the DCI team, Deborah earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts. Following her graduation, she then worked in a research lab at Johns Hopkins University as a research coordinator for a few years before continuing her education.
Deborah is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, and will graduate in May of 2023. She is interested in utilizing a multicultural lens to promote and support diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, and improve the experiences of all employees, especially those of minoritized and/or underrepresented groups. Deborah finds importance in working to address adverse impact throughout the employment process and in creating equal opportunities, work benefits, and experiences for all individuals in the workplace, especially for those who have been historically and systematically negatively impacted.
