Leilani Seged

HR Intern

Leilani Seged joined DCI consulting in June of 2022 and is an intern with our Audit Strategy and Regulatory Affairs department with the Workforce Equity and Compliance Strategy division. She graduated with her B.A. in Psychology from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas with Magna Cum Laude honors, and is now attending Rice University to complete her master's degree in I/O Psychology. She will be graduating from Rice's MIOP program in May of 2023. Leilani's interests are in supporting women in positions of leadership in the workplace and how we can create the foundations for women to achieve these goals. She currently has two publications in the works on the topic of gender in organizations. After completing her master's degree, she plans on going into strategy and/or organizational transformation consulting.
