HR Intern

Amber joined DCI Consulting on January 23rd in 2023 as an HR intern with the Selection and Assessment Team. Amber graduated with B.S. in Psychology from University of Washington with Cum Laude and Departmental honors. Amber is now pursuing a master’s degree in I/O Psychology at New York University and will graduate in May of 2023. Prior to DCI, Amber was a compensation analyst at WTW and a talent acquisition intern at VNS Health. Amber is passionate about applying I/O psychology best practices and her data analysis skills in the workplace to help organizations make informed and data-driven decisions.
