More Than Just an Affirmative Action Plan - A Strategy

Leverage your AAP for organizational change

Why DCI?

If you are looking for a meaningful analysis, strategic partners, and organizational change - we are your team.

AAP creation should be more than just checking off a box. We will help you understand and implement organizational best practices.

Who is required to complete an AAP?

Supply and service federal contractors who have 50 or more employees and a contract value of $50,000 or more are required to prepare an AAP annually.

Construction contractors may also be required to complete an Affirmative Action Plan.

Affirmative Action Plan Consulting

Our Process

Project Launch & Program Review

When onboarding a new client, our process begins with a project launch. This includes a thorough review of application policies and procedures. We will discuss self-identification forms and evaluate applicant disposition codes. Additionally, we will provide strategic AAP consulting to discuss current compliance and review job groups and factor and availability structure.

Data Review

Clean data makes for an accurate and useful AAP. Bad data creates the opposite. Garbage in = Garbage out.  Our data review process is one of our clear differentiators compared with other HR consultants. We take the time to understand your data. We look into missing data and inconsistencies.

Draft AAPs

We will meet with you to review your draft AAP. You will have a chance to review and provide any edits or changes before the consultants finalize the AAP.

Finalize and Close-Out Project

We will finalize your AAPs and discuss the results. This includes evaluating your areas of risk and addressing any additional obligations you may have under the regulations. We monitor regulatory changes and as a DCI client, we will keep you informed the entire year, even after your annual plan has been completed.
