What is the Minnesota Equal Pay Certificate?

The Women's Economic Security Act, signed into law on May 11, 2014, requires Minnesota state contractors to certify they pay men and women equal wages for equal work.

Who is required to comply?

Minnesota state contractors that employ more than 40 employees and whose contract exceeds $500,000.
