LITIGATION SUPPORT

DCI provides testifying and consulting expert research and support for parties in litigation involving claims of discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and other federal and state laws and statutes. We specialize in class action employment discrimination lawsuits in federal and state courts as well as Administrative Law Judge proceedings. Our work includes identification of areas of risk in human resources functions, statistical analyses, deposition and trial expert testimony, preparation of trial exhibits, and assistance in case strategy.
