Marina Vygodner

Enterprise Account Executive

Marina Vygodner joined DCI Consulting in the summer of 2023, bringing over 13 years of OFCCP/AA experience. In this role, she collaborates closely with marketing and consulting teams to help drive new business development. 

Prior to DCI, Marina has a background in sales and management for a leading OFCCP software solutions provider. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
