Christian Britton, M.S.

Senior Consultant

Before joining DCI, Christian Britton spent over 17 years as a compensation consultant at Deloitte, Korn Ferry, OneDigital, and PRM Consulting Group, specializing in designing and implementing executive compensation programs, total rewards strategies, and job architecture frameworks for diverse organizations.

He is recognized for his expertise in helping nonprofit, private sector, and public sector clients navigate complex compensation challenges, ensuring compliance, competitiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.

He has worked extensively with government contractors, trade associations, professional societies, healthcare systems, and high-tech companies, advising on benchmarking, job evaluation, and incentive design.

He has developed white papers and delivered presentations on executive compensation trends, strategic compensation communication, and leveraging technology for compensation innovation.

He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from California Lutheran University and a master’s degree from Loughborough University, both in Psychology.

He is a member of World At Work and serves on the Compensation & Benefits Survey Committee for DC SHRM.
