Lee Bouchelle is a Senior Consultant with the Workforce Analytics & Compliance Strategy Team at DCI Consulting. Lee provides client support and guidance related to federal and state affirmative action planning and pay equity analytics. 

Before joining DCI in August 2025, Lee was a Workforce Analytics Consultant for ERS Group providing federal contractor clients with affirmative action plan preparation, OFCCP audit support, compensation analyses, and various state compliance reporting services. 

Lee earned a M.S. degree in Resource Economics and a B.A. degree in Political Science/International Relations, both from the University of Florida.
