Senior Consultant

Kate Hayek is a Senior Consultant with the Compliance & Workforce Analytics Team at DCI Consulting.  Kate provides client support and guidance regarding EEO reporting, affirmative action planning, adverse impact analysis, compensation analytics and OFCCP compliance. 

Prior to joining the DCI Team, Kate worked as a Project Director at Charles R. Mann Associates, Inc. During her 18 years at CRMAI, Kate provided her clients full lifecycle project and technical management services for affirmative action plan development, equal employment opportunity reporting, , adverse impact and compensation analytics, OFCCP audit support, and compliance solutions. 

Kate earned a Master of Applied Anthropology from University of Maryland at College Park and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
