Workforce Equity & Compliance Strategy Team
Zach Olsen has worked in the affirmative action and equal employment opportunity (AA/EEO) field since 2014. Zach works to limit clients’ regulatory burdens while providing highly personalized service. He is involved in the preparation of affirmative action plans and has successfully navigated clients through compliance reviews by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Zach also assists clients in creating effective, compliant personnel processes and developing effective outreach strategies.
Prior to working in the AA/EEO field, Zach received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and completed work as a government administration intern at the City of Oak Creek, Wisconsin. There he worked on various employment issues including conducting compensation analyses and research for the City’s labor negotiations with its police and fire unions.
