Abby Clegg is a Senior Consultant at DCI Consulting, bringing over 10 years of experience in human resources, compensation, and data analytics. She has a foundational background in industrial-organizational (I-O) psychology through Xavier University, which informs her data-driven and people-focused approach to compensation consulting. Throughout her career, Abby has partnered with organizations to address complex compensation challenges, leveraging data-driven insights to support informed decision-making and effective compensation strategies. Prior to joining DCI, Abby held roles in both internal and external consulting, where she developed extensive experience in compensation and total rewards.

Abby focuses on developing client relationships and helping organizations design and implement effective compensation programs.
