Mark LoVerde, Ph.D.
Associate Principal Consultant
Mark LoVerde, Ph.D. is an industrial/organizational psychologist and Associate Principal Consultant in the Employment & Litigation Services Division at DCI Consulting.
Mark has more than 25 years of experience helping organizations identify, understand, and develop solutions to organizational and talent challenges. Prior to joining DCI, Mark worked at CultureIQ, where he was responsible for the company’s proprietary survey benchmarks and addressing clients’ advanced analytics requests, and CEB/Gartner, where he co-designed and managed an award-winning global leadership study. He also spent many years with Valtera Corporation, leading engagements addressing an array of client needs regarding employment testing/test validation, adverse impact analysis, leadership assessment and assessment centers, and job analysis, as well as employee surveys and organizational culture.
In addition to his external consulting experience, Mark has significant internal experience providing thought leadership on similar issues in the telecommunications, manufacturing, and industrial supply/logistics sectors. He also has authored presentations and publications addressing employee selection, statistical analysis, organizational surveys, telework, and leadership.
Mark earned his bachelor’s degree from Valparaiso University and his M.S. and Ph.D. from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
