Enterprise Account Executive

Christy Swain joined DCI Consulting in the summer of 2026, bringing over 14 years of Sales and Account Management experience, with a specific focus on supporting federal contractors with OFCCP Compliance and Affirmative Action Plans. In this role, she collaborates closely with marketing and consulting teams to help drive new business development.

Prior to DCI, Christy built her career in sales and account management, developing deep expertise in helping federal contractors navigate OFCCP compliance requirements. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Kentucky.
