Client Success Specialist

Kayleigh Wier joined DCI Consulting in the spring of 2025 as a Client Success Specialist. In this role, she collaborates with DCI's consulting, marketing, and contracts departments to ensure clients have an exceptional experience.

Prior to DCI, Kayleigh worked at OFCCP compliance and expert witness providers in customer success and management roles. She holds a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Iowa.
