Client Success Specialist

Krystle Parent joined DCI Consulting in the spring of 2024 as a Client Success Specialist. In this role, she collaborates with our consulting, marketing and contracts departments to ensure clients have an exceptional experience.

Prior to DCI, Krystle worked 10 years in sales, account management, and client satisfaction from a leading OFCCP software solutions provider. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
