Rachael Devlin, PHR
Human Resources Manager
Rachael currently serves as the HR Manager for DCI Consulting. In this role, she oversees the talent acquisition and performance management functions of DCI and ensures the company maintains the highest level of regulatory compliance. Rachael collaborates with team members across the company to craft effective human resources policies and procedures.
Prior to joining DCI, Rachael Devlin was the Senior HR Business Partner for Coronis Health, leading their employee relations and benefits efforts for over 600 employees. She helped lead the Diversity and Inclusion Council and facilitated dozens of training programs across the country. Rachael has 10 years of HR experience and earned her PHR certificate in 2018. Rachael holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and is currently working towards her master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at University of Maryland Baltimore County, Shady Grove.
