Tiffany Schreier joined DCI Consulting in fall 2026, bringing more than 13 years of experience in sales, account management, and strategic partnerships. In this role, she helps organizations navigate complex HR and compliance challenges by taking the time to understand their needs and connecting them with the right solutions and DCI experts. She collaborates closely with marketing and consulting teams to ensure prospects have a clear, supportive path from first conversation to partnership.

Tiffany is passionate about building trusted, long-term relationships. She graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside with a bachelor's degree in business management.
