Wage Gap Analysis
DCI will conduct a workforce-wide pay gap study using a log-linear multiple regression model that groups all employees collectively in a single analysis.
- The analysis will identify average percent differences in total compensation between men and women and between non-minority and minority employees after accounting for differences attributable to the combination of job code and location.
- The minority/non-minority analysis will include a comparison of individual race differences.
DCI will report the findings from the wage gap study in an executive summary that will be presented to Client under attorney-client privilege.
