Bill Osterndorf

Director of Business Strategy

Bill has been involved in the affirmative action/equal opportunity field for 35 years. He currently serves as Director of Business Strategy for DCI Consulting. He has extensive knowledge of state and federal affirmative action laws and how these laws are being implemented.  Bill constantly monitors the regulatory world to determine how DCI can best help serve its clients and other professionals in this industry.  Bill is a former president of the southeastern Wisconsin SHRM chapter and current president of the Milwaukee Industry Liaison Group.  He led the 2019 National Industry Liaison Group Conference in Milwaukee.
