Dylan Tomsey

HR Intern

Dylan joined DCI in May of 2023 as an HR Intern with the Compliance and Workforce Analytics (CWA) team. He assists CWA with internal needs, client facing projects, and supporting consultants on various individual tasks. He is excited to begin utilizing his applied skills in a practical setting and helping to support the client experience at DCI. 

Dylan graduated from Florida State University with his Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2019. He currently attends the University of Central Florida, working to graduate with his Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology degree in May of 2024.
