Jaylin Young joined the Workforce Equity & Compliance Strategy Team in 2021. As an HR Data Analyst, he provides support for the development of federal Affirmative Action Plans, equal employment opportunity reporting, adverse impact, and statistical compensation analyses, and OFCCP compliance.
Jaylin holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science with a focus in Data Science from the University of Maryland.
