Associate Consultant

MJ is an Associate Consultant on the Compliance and Workforce Analytics team at DCI. Her role includes developing federal affirmative action plans, adverse impact analyses, equal employment opportunity, OFCCP compliance and VETS reporting. 

Prior to joining DCI, MJ worked in human resources and has a background in HRIS, recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and reporting.
