Sheryl Lobo, M.S.

HR Analyst

Sheryl Lobo, M.S. is an HR Analyst on the Compliance and Workforce Analytics team at DCI. She provides support for the development of federal Affirmative Action Plans, Equal Employment Opportunity reporting, adverse impact and statistical compensation analyses, and OFCCP compliance.

Prior to joining DCI, Sheryl worked with Talent Metrics Consulting providing support in the areas of test development, survey design and development, and organizational research. Sheryl has also worked with JP Morgan Chase, India in corporate finance.

Sheryl graduated from Missouri State University with a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and earned her Master of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai. During her graduate studies, she worked on applied projects in the areas of organizational development including climate assessments, safety audits, and training and development. Additionally, she worked with YRC Freight as an organizational development intern providing support in the areas of employee training and performance management.
