Caroline Moughan

HR Intern

Caroline Moughan joined DCI Consulting in May 2023 as an HR intern with the Audit Strategy and Regulatory Affairs team in the Workforce Equity and Compliance Strategy division. Caroline will support work on OFCCP audits, EEO enforcement, and affirmative action planning.  

Caroline earned a Master of Science degree in Experimental Psychology from William & Mary and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Virginia. She is currently completing her PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University and conducts research on topics such as job insecurity, feedback orientation, and employee cannabis use. Caroline is a current member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and regularly presents at their annual conference, where her research has been featured as a top-rated poster. She looks forward to leveraging her skills in data analysis and research to support compliance and audit strategy.
