Alaya Collins, M.P.S.

Alaya Collins, a dedicated HR Analyst, joined the Workforce Equity & Compliance Strategy Team in 2021. As an HR Analyst, she provides support for the development of federal Affirmative Action Plans, equal employment opportunity reporting, adverse impact, and statistical compensation analyses, and OFCCP compliance. 

Alaya earned a Master of Professional Studies degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from University of Maryland, Baltimore County and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Bowie State University. Her combined academic expertise and professional experiences in the space allows her to play a pivotal role in shaping our clients’ workforce and fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace. Alaya's dedication to excellence and her passion for utilizing data to drive meaningful change make her an integral member of our team.
